I’m
Gelena Olekseiuk
psychologist, gestalt therapist, supervisor, sports psychologist, mental coach
I am absolutely convinced that every person already knows the solution to their own problems. But they don’t always know that they know it. After all, a question that is always difficult to solve is a question of choice as choosing involves giving something up. A coach has a specific professional task – to discuss the problem to make all alternatives clearly visible, that is, “turn on the light in a dark room.” This way, the person develops the ability to handle problems independently.
I work with adults offline and online.
Respect and confidentiality are the main principles of my work.
Individual coaching
(Short-term)
&
Therapy
(Long-term)
- Complex emotional states (anxiety, intrapersonal conflicts, grief, loss, trauma, problems of choice)
- Experiencing anger, resentment, fear, shame, guilt and other feelings
- Issues with self-esteem, dissatisfaction with oneself, -difficulties in building personal boundaries, loneliness, lack of meaning in life
- Self-knowledge, search for one’s own potential and new resources
- Difficulties in accepting one's own masculinity, femininity, sexual relationships
A great coach not only inspire but supports and encourages others to get sustainable results.
